What is FBCx?
FBCx is a soluble dietary fiber derived from corn.

FBCx & Weight Management: How Does FBCx Work?
FBCx binds to fat in the digestive tract so that it cannot be absorbed. While most dietary fiber binds to fat at a 1:1 ration, FBCx can bind up to a 1:9 ratio. This means FBCx can eliminate up to 9 times its own weight in fat and reduce calorie absorption by up to 500 calories per day.

Clinical Studies on FBCx
A 2-month double-blinded, crossover study was conducted to determine the effects of FBCx on weight management and blood lipid levels in 41 overweight but not obese nondiabetic individuals.
Results: There were significant reduction in body weight, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and insulin levels.

A 3-month double blind study was conducted to examine the health effects of FBCx on 61 obese patients with type 2 diabetes.They took two 1 gram tablets per fat containing meal and did not change their eating patterns/daily routine.
Results: Reduction in total cholesterol in participants with high blood lipid levels. There was an increase in adiponectin levels, a hormone that regulates insulin sensitivity and fat metabolism.

When to Take FBCx?
Take with meals or snacks containing fat.

FBCx Dosage
Take 2 grams of FBCx with each meal/snack containing fat, up to 6 grams per day.
