On Dr Oz show, obestrician and gynaecologist, Dr Wendy Warner joined Dr Oz to talk about the 2 supplements that she recommends for relieving menopausal symptoms.

1. Siberian rhubarb extract

Dr Warner suggests taking an adrenal adaptogenic herb supplement such as Ashwagandha, 500 mg a day. Adrenal dysfunction or imbalance (stress hormones) can cause perimenopausal symptoms. Supplementing with Ashwagandha can support adrenal glands and alleviate menopausal symptoms.
